Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to answer the telephone lines.

We currently ship to Europe and North America only. The shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process according to your postal address.

Please make sure you provide a shipping address where someone will be present during the day as all orders are sent recorded delivery and might need to be signed for.

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards, as well as Paypal.

Purchasing products on Tabitha JK is easy. Shop by browsing through our products. Click on a product name or image to navigate to the individual product page. Enter the quantity you require and click on ‘Add to Card’. From there you will be taken through the checkout process.

DUe to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to take orders over the phone, please email us if you are unable to place an order on our website.

All credit card transactions on Tabitha JK are paid through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway, which automatically encrypts all sensitive information. Stipe uses a 128 bit SSL encryption (the highest available commercially), which encrypts and protects any data sent over the Internet, as well as advanced fraud protection technology to safeguard your online identity. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

Alternatively you can use the Paypal platform to pay for your purchases.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The personal info we ask you to provide helps us make sure your delivery arrives as swiftly and efficiently as possible. It also helps to give context to any product reviews you leave, making them more useful to fellow Tabitha JK users.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully processed. You will also receive an email alert to tell you when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this within 48 hours, please double check it hasn’t gone to your junk folder and then contact us.

Once you have logged into Tabitha JK, you can track orders by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the main menu where you can find the ‘My orders’ section. You can view your purchases to date and the status of each order. You will receive a separate tracking confirmation from our courier as well.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Account’ button in the main menu, click ‘Forgotten your password’ under the sign in box and follow directions.
