Juicing Your Way to Healthy Hair: Our Top Juicing Recipes for Strong, Shiny Hair

We’re all guilty of skipping our greens on occasion, but did you know that getting your 5-a-day is essential for maintaining optimum hair health?

Juicing is one of the most effective ways to get a huge dose of all our vitamins and minerals in one shot and as the sun starts to grace us with it’s presence once again, the idea of a cold glass of deliciousness doesn’t sound too painful, does it? For fabulous hair and skin it is vital that you feed your body well and juicing takes care of just that, but don’t be fooled by shop bought juices – more often than not, they are so highly processed and pasteurised that all the goodness has been zapped out.

Long gone are the days where we have to force feed ourselves salads and sprouts – juicing is the way forward and you can easily cram 10 portions into one glass! Certain fruit and vegetables are particularly good for promoting hair health and reducing hair loss, so to make it easy for you, we have put together our favourite juicing recipes for you to try at home. Alternatively, you can easily make up your own juicing recipes with all your favourites!
