To be certified by a respected and recognised, independent third party means that all processes you adhere to are traceable and verifiable.
This is why we choose to have our haircare certified by the Soil Association so you know that our sourcing, ingredients, processing and practices are transparent and authenticated.
Do you look for certification when you decide which haircare product you choose to use?
Organic means working with nature, not against it.
Organic Beauty is the formulation of cosmetic products using organically farmed ingredients. These ingredients are grown without the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GM), herbicides, synthetic fertilisers and more.
All products with the Soil Association COSMOS logo guarantee:

– No Synthetic colours, dyes or fragrances
All organic food sold in the EU has to be certified by registered certification bodies. Soil Association Certification Limited is the UK’s largest and oldest organic certification body, licensing over 70% of the organic food on sale here.
For a food product to be labelled as organic, every organisation working up and down its supply chain – from farmers, to packers, to food processors, and organic retailers – have to meet organic standards and prove it to an organic certification body.
For Cosmetics to be called organic there is no legal requirement for an Organic Certification. We are on a mission to change that by working with the Soil Assiocation, other leading certifying bodies, and other truely organic companies.
Once organic farms and food companies are certified as meeting strict organic standards, they are issued with a certificate and a trading schedule. This lists all the crops, livestock or products they are certified to trade as organic. This certificate acts like a passport and is necessary to prove the organic status of the goods when they are sold on.
